External Gear Pump
KCB series is most suitable for use in pumping liquid with light viscosity such as oil,hydraulic oil,vegetable oil and polymer. The pump construction materials are cast iron, stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316, suitable for pumping viscous corrosive liquids,acidic liquids and alkaline liquids.
Applications:
It is most suitable for use in pumping liquid with ligl viscosity such as oil, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil, vegetable oi and polymer. Pump construction materials are cast iron, stainle steel 304 and stainless steel 316, suitable for pumping viscous corrosive liquids, acidic liquids and alkaline liquids.
Generally used in:
- Petrochemicals: pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil
- Chemical: Sodium silicate, acid, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates
- Paint and ink
- Resins and adhesives
- Pulp and paper: acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime,latex, sludge
- Food: chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal foods
