The machines structure has adopted original design concept. There are two points different from other same Cutting machine as:
Cutting machine has adopted new-style aluminum shell motor that has greatly reduced vibration in cutting, and makes more safety and reliable.
Secondly, Machine has used the todays most advanced cutting-disc that is specialize used for high pressure rubber hose, and has the advantages of long working life, fast cut, no pungent smell, no debris and not move for sand grains, this could be reach the overall national requirements for hose processing machine.
Operation instruction of manual hose cutting machines:
(1) Plug in. Check whether the direction of rotation of the cutting blades is consistent with the direction of arrow. (Reversing prohibited)
(2) Adjust the positioning cock according to the diameter of the cut pipe in case there would be slant and slice problems.
(3) Put the cut pipe in place. Push the feed lever. Fulfill the cutting process.
