Galvanized razor wire has thick zinc coating to resist acid rains and all weathers. Compared with naked steel razor wire, galvanized wire is very durable and will not rust.
Galvanized razor wire often combines with chain fences, field fence, welded wire fence, walls and gates to provide high security. Widely used in residential, commercial, garden, boundary and prisons.

Introduction of Razor Wire

Composition of Razor Wire:1. Core wire.
a. Material: galvanized steel wire, galvanized iron wire, stainless steel wire AISI304 AISI316 or AISI430, steel wire is harder than iron wire.
b. Wire diameter: 2.5mm diameter most commonly used, can also choose other wire gauge.
c. Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanized or electro-galvanized if galvanized treatment is applied.
2. Razor blade plate.
a. Material: galvanized steel plate, or stainless steel plate AISI304 AISI316 or AISI 430.
b. Thickness: 0.5mm thick is the most common, other thicknesses are also available.
c. Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanized or electro-galvanized if galvanized treatment is applied.
3. Clips.
Clipped or unclipped. Usually 3 clips per coil below 600mm in diameter and 5 clips per coil above 600mm if clipped.
