BT810 Hot Melt Butyl Sealant for Insulating Glass Units
BT810 Hot Melt Butyl Sealant is based on polyisobutylene and specially designed for use as primary seal in insulating glass units to prevent moisture vapor from transmitting into the airspace as well as retain gasses. 1-component, solvent-free, non-fogging, low water vapor transmission rate, Good adhesion to glass and metal spacers.

HOW TO USE:
• Before use, remove all oil, grease, water, frost, dust and other dirt on the spacer and glass to ensure that the bonding surface is dry, clean and free of foreign matter.
• Apply BT810 Hot Melt Butyl Sealant with a hot melt butyl extruder special for insulating glass production line over the temperature from 100 ºC to 150 ºC,
• Ambient temperature shall not be lower than 10ºC.
PACKAGING INFORMATION:
• Paper barrel packaging: 2 Kg/barrel, 5 Kg/barrel, 6 Kg/barrel, 7 Kg/barrel
• Iron drum packaging: 200 L/barrel (180kg , 190Kg)

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
• BT810 Hot Melt Butyl Sealant is stored in a cool, dry environment at -10ºC~ 35ºC , it has a shelf life of 24 months from date of production.
TRANSPORT:
• BT810 Hot Melt Butyl Sealant is non-dangerous and can be transported by train, car, ship and airplane.
