Product Description
Kingrail designs and manufactures custom railway wagon wheels.
Used for railway freight car bogies, the travel speed can reach 120km/h, and the wheel load is heavy. Wagon wheels typically use tread brakes.
Material: 42CrMo, 4140,ER7, ER8, AAR-B, AAR-C
Standard: AAR M 107/208, EN13262
There are generally two types of manufacture, casting and rolling. Castings use basin wheel webs. For rolling, the web is usually S-shaped.
