Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?
A:Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 25t. But if your quantity is small, the price may be a little higher. When there is a big quantity, the price will be quite lower.
Q:How to buy your ideal products?
A: You can provide us your drawing, and we will produce as your drawing. Or we can design as your requirements if you do not have a clear plan.
Q:How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
Q:How to install after the goods destination?
A: We will provide installation instruction and video for you. Technicians will be sent to help you if it is necessary. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be provided by buyers.
