Features of construction

For example, when the friction plate is assembled, there are 6 active plates (sintered powder metallurgy material) and 5 slave plates (spring steel material and one side has 0.1 mm of concave), and attention should be paid to the details such as the convex face of the slave plate towards the piston when assembling.
Assembly assembly involves the installation of multiple components and components, such as bearing end caps, each clutch assembly, box covers, etc., and the axial clearance of each bearing needs to be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the transmission.
