Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For standard machine, the delivery time is Within 25-35 days after receiving the down payment.It also depends on the models and the quantity of your order.
In peak season,the production may take longer.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Normally we accept L/C, or T/T 30% down payment, balance to be paid against BL copy and loading pictures.
Q: What color can I choose?
A: There are Yellow, Red, Blue, Black, White, Orange,and Green. We can customize the color when you order more.
Q: What kind of service can I get from you? How can I get spare parts?
A: We have 1 year warranty for each brand new machine, within 1 year, if any parts broken because of quality issues, the new parts would be sent to you free of charge by DHL, within 7 working days. Besides of the warranty policy, our professional after-sales team responds quickly to any kind of using problems, replacement parts supply could be guaranteed for a life time.
