Chemical composition:
Fcontained 27%isocyanate [thiophosphoric- tris-(p-isocyanato-phenyl ester)]and 73% ethylacetate
Colour: Clear, light yellow or light brown liquid
NCO %: 7.2 ± 0.2
Packing: F180KG/bucket or 750G/ aluminum beaker
HARDLION RFE is a transparent, light colored liquid hardener. As this product is stable under the sunlight, won't color changed, has good bonding strength in initial stages, used in natural rubber or synthetic rubber and adhesives made from Polyurethane(PU). HARDLION RFE add in adhesives can react with adhesives and produced cross linking reaction, vulcanize, it bond material strongly to avoid falling off. Especially for latex bond when it required strictly in color and have has excellent anti-heat and anti-dissolve characteristic.
Storage stability: Reacts readily with moisture, for best performance it should be kept dry and stored at temperatures between(5degree centigrade-32degree centigrade).
