Summary
SFD-200 freeze dryer machine is consisted of freezing and drying pot, vacuum pumps, heating system, refrigerating machines, pre-frozen system and control system, etc.

After pretreatment, put the foodstuff in a low temperature and vacuum surroundings, the inner moisture of the foodstuff will sublimate from solid state to gaseous state so as to remove the moisture and preserve the foodstuff for a long time.

Name: cold trap/Condenser1) It is made of stainless steel 304.
2) Cold trap can catch water from the material.While moisture in the product is sublimating under vacuum enviroment,cold trap catch the water and melt ice on the coil after drying.Then is ready for another condensation cycle.
*multi cold traps can melt ice while drying, highly increase the production efficiency. While one cold trap is catching water, another cold trap can melt at the same time.
