Q1. What's your term of packing?
A: Generally, for OBM customers we pack our own brand ' HUARUI ' goods. HUARUI defines an OEM (Original
Equipment Manufacturer) as an entity or organization that integrates a customized or embedded HUARUI
product in its own unique solution for sale to its customers. The proof of this concept is that the HUARUI
product must be significantly transformed.
The OEM Partner primarily uses its own company logo and brand name on its solution and its markets,
sells and provides technical and warranty support directly to its customers.
Q2. What is your term of payment?
A: If order less than USD $30,000. We will need 100% T/T in advance. For incoterm (EXW,FOB,CIF,DDU), will
be negotiate with our sales team. We accept L/C contract.
Q3. What is your delivery time? How long will it take to execute my order?
A: Most of our products in stocks, and small quantities can be shipped within 3-15 days. Batch production will take
30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment.
This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and your special requirement
of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.
Q4. What is your sample policy? And how much for shipping cost?
A: We can supply the sample if we have items in stock, the customer has to pay the sample cost and the courier
cost .This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping
charges, we hope that you let us know your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated
port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate
the cost based on the information provided.
Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we test all products. We have QA standard procedure managerial system follow with ISO 9001.
