HS-YFJ Series EPS styrofoam batch pre-expander machine main features:
- The machine adopts a special weighing controller and a load cell, with a controlled deviation of ± 0.05 kg;
- The heating base plate is made of stainless steel, and after precision laser slicing, the steam is heated more evenly;
- Level Control: imported from Korea, vibration-type foam induction controller, accurate detection of foam particles, foam specific gravity deviation control at ± 1% (density 18-25 g/L) ;
- With temperature control device, reduce temperature difference and save heat energy;
- the unique steam-water separation device effectively eliminates the condensate and reduces the moisture content of particles;
- The bottom plate of the drying bed has a punched structure with uniform ventilation to ensure the drying effect and reduce the curing time ;
- When the machine suddenly breaks down, the steam valve will be automatically closed and the air valve will be automatically opened to prevent the cask from clogging;

A: 30% down payment upon order confirmation, 70% balance payment before shipment.
Q:what is your delivery time?
A: It takes usually 45-60days for machines, and 25-30days for EPS mold.
Q: Do you send engineer to our local place to instruct installation?
A:Yes,if you need,we will arrange engineer for you,and we can provide turn-key job.
Q: Warranty?
A: One year warranty after installation is completed.During warranty period, for broken parts not by man-made and wear parts, factory seller will replace free of charge. the shipping cost will be borne by buyer, seller will equip standard spare wear parts to buyer.
