Product Description
CNC 7 Axi Double Head Automatic Spot Welding Machine adopts two sets of welding mechanism with CNC servo system, including X direction for the welding movement , Y direction for the table movement, through the XY direction to achieve welding of different positions. Welding mechanism can also operate Z direction lifting and A direction rotation, with CNC system to control seven axis to achieve the movement of different positions for the welding mechanism.
This machine adopts medium frequency inverter DC welding power. The equipment can realize the automatic welding production of Door Tube Frame or the reinforment panel or stiffeners to steel door. It can automatically move and weld according to the position set by the program, and the operator only needs to manually load and unload the product. The equipment improves the product quality and production efficiency, reduces the production cost, solves the defects such as the unstable quality of manual work and low production efficiency, with higher the production efficiency and automation degree.
Table Spot Welding Machine Features
1.Labor saving: With the table spot welder, if the workpiece can be placed on the table-type electrode, it can be welded without the use of auxiliary personnel. The two guns move freely, allowing easy access to the desired welding point by one person. 2.Reduces set-up time: Unlike conventional stationary spot welders, this system significantly reduces the need for ancillary work such as electrode adjustment and workbench set-up, contributing to a reduction in overall welding man-hours.
