Product Description
The FIVESTAR Radiator Production Line provides a comprehensive solution for the production of header-type panel radiators. Our designs combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile, and affordable.
Rolls of steel are automatically de-coiled from the single spindle decoiler to meet the demand of the roll form press machine. The decoiler senses material requirement via an optical sensor located between the decoiler and roll form press machine. The decoiler uses hydraulics for expansion of the spindle with an electric motor for spindle rotation.
The Roll Form Press makes oil flutes with 2 outside seams and 2, 4, or 6 inside seams (depending on the width of the panel) for spot welding. Each of the main oil flutes has 2 shallow profiled ribs for added panel strength. This will vary depending on customer profiles.
