1.Model HYQ hydraulic wireline Oil Savers is a blowout prevention tool that applied to the cable blasting in the oil well or mine and underground test in the high pressure oil/gas well. It is simple and light, easy for manual assembling and removing, as well as carry. With reliable sealing performance and high security, it is absolutely an ideal blowout prevention device.
2.Model HYQ hydraulic Wireline Oil Savers is composed by Manual hydraulic pump, Wireline oil savers and Hydraulic hose.There are two models of the Hydraulic Wireline Oil savers, one is HYQ.1A(Model H)(with one sealing rubber block), the other one is HYQ.1(Model HD)(with two sealing rubber blocks,plant1" NPT oil drainage port between the two rubber blocks, drain the oil between the rubber blocks out) .

4. Before use, should do first cable blowout preventer pressure test, the test pressure of the product is 30Mpa (5250psi), test can be used for well test qualified before installation.The steps of installation operation:The first case is connecting the preventer pipe thread with the corresponding oil wellhead, then use the hydraulic hose to connect the blowout preventer with the manual oil pump connection. When in use, the upper end of the cable from the blowout preventer at a predetermined position in underground. Then tighten the manual oil pump locking handle, close the oil return port , pressure rod handle, manually oiling, internalcavity preventer sealing rubber block is extruded cables to be hugged, realize the cavity. Manual sustained compression to a certain pressure value (the maximum working pressure of the product is 10 Mpa 1500psi), Make the blowout preventer to hold work under sustained pressure cable, so as to realize continuous seal cavity.
