Rubber sealed sliding bearing bits are sealed by special type "O". Under the normal rotary speed conditions, they can stand high bit pressure. The bore surface of the cone has been treated with special techniaue in order to improve sliding motion of the bearing. And every performance is improved greatly.
1 O-shape seal ring with high saturation butadience acrylonitrile rubber improved the bearing sealed reliability.
2 To adapt high strength and toughness hard alloy teeth, the shock resistance has been increased and the breakage rate has been decreased.
3 The bearing contact surface, neck journal of jaw have been adapted to wear resistance alloy materials, the special craft processing has been applied in the bore surface of the cone which increases the load capability and the working life.
4 Optimized tooth number of cone and height of tungsten carbide tooth which improved the total cutting property and drilling footage.
5 High-performance lubricant grease has been applied in bearing which increased lubricating and protecting.
