The Universal Flanged Adaptors are designed for pipelines , As a wide tolerance system it will fit most standard pipe materials and therefore dramatically reduces the number of dedicated Flanged Adaptors which need to be stocked for maintenance purposes , It is suitable for steel , GRP, PVC, PE, Ductile Iron , Cast Iron and Asbestors Cement . When connecting PE pipes , It is important that pipe inserts are fitted to the PE pipes .

From DN40mm - DN600mm.

1)    All the flanged adaptors are assembled by " T " bolts.

2)    Bolts ,Nuts and Washers are in carbon steel Grade 4.8 , 8.8 with zinc plated , dacromet coating or according to customer's request.

3)    Body material is Ductile iron GGG500-7 .

4)    Fusion bonded epoxy powder coating in blue, black or red or according to customer's request .

5)    Gaskets material : E.P.D.M. , NBR or SBR .

6)   Accommodate BS, DIN, ANSI flange drillings .

Material of Construction 
End Rings - Ductile Iron to BS2789 Grade 420/12, 500/7
flange seats - Ductile Iron to BS2789 Grade 420/12 ,500/7
Coating - Fusion Bonded Epoxy to SABS 1217 , minimum thickness 250 microns, colors in RAL5005, RAL5015 , RAL3009 , RAL9005, RAL9011 or others .
Bolts - Steel to BS970 Grade 070M20 , Carbon steel Grade 8.8, SS304 or SS316 bolts available upon requests.
Bolt coating - Dacromet or Galvanized
Rubber Seal - E.P.D.M.Grade E to BS2494 1990 Type W&D
