This air-cooled electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is designed for continuous production package of food, medicine & health care, veterinary drugs, chemical, and cosmetics to achieve firm and secured sealing effect of the container or bottle cap closure.

1. The induction generator adopts the latest advanced transistor and CPU module.
2. The induction sensor is equipped with 6 sets of 180ºC copper coil and 5 units of 220V fan cooler (coil quantities depending on the bottle mouth diameter), which produce fast, stable, and perfect sealing effect.
3. High speed and efficient air-cooling system, working 24 hours per day.
4. The main board adopts the transistor modulation design, with least minimum failure rate, and the maintenance is simple in the later stage.
5. EMI technology is adopted for anti-magnetic interference.
6. Moisture, corrosion, dust, and magnetic resistance, minimize maintenance requirements and increase reliability.

2. Intelligent alarm and automatic stop on over-heat, over-pressure, over-current, water shortage, water clogging, water temperature over high.
