Product Process
The qualified coal for gasification is lifted to the coal storage bunker, which is fed into the furnace through an automatic stoker, and the coal is heated by the gas from the gasification section and dry distilled. The semi-coke after dry distillation is moved down to the gasification section to react with the gasification agent to generate coal gas (the gasification agent is composed of air and steam). The gas generated in the gasification section is divided into two parts: one part is discharged from the gas outlet of the lower section of the double-stage gas generator, and the other part is mixed with dry distillation gas upward and discharged from the gas outlet of the upper section. The gas at the outlet of the lower section enters the phenol water evaporation system, the air cooler cools down and removes dust, and then enters the indirect cooler for further cooling. The gas at the outlet of the upper section enters the I-stage electric filter to remove the tar, then enters the indirect cooler to cool down, and then mixes with the lower section. The mixed gas enters into the Class II electric filter for dedusting again, and after degreasing, the gas is pressurized and dehydrated by the gas compressor, desulfurized, and sent to the gas consumption point.
