Industrial Composite Electric Heating Drying Hot Air Curing Oven for Carbon Fiber
Application:
The Composite Hot Air Curing Oven are used for curing prepreg carbon fiber parts with vacuum.
During carbon fiber parts curing in the oven, it needs to pull the air come out with very low pressure. so the oven should be added vacuum valve and vacuum gauge and vacuum port, vacuum line with vacuum pump etc device.
Structure advantages:
1.Aluminum silicate insulation
100K class high-density aluminum silicate fiber filling (insulation layer thickness 130mm)
to ensure the temperature accurate.
2.Controller
LED digital intelligent instrument temperature control, arbitrary set constant temperature, simple operation, accurate temperature control.
3.Internal structure
SUS 304 stainless steel is used inside to prevent rust and make it durable.
4.Fan
Forced air circulation system to ensure that the temperature distribution inside the oven.
5.Outlet
Specially designed outlet, exhaust outlet can be equipped with ventilation device.
6.Trolley
Commonly, one set oven is equipped with one stainless steel trolley or flat car, It can be put in or out the oven conveniently.
7.Wheels
High temperature resistant silicone rubber wheels.
