The Double-Shaft Shredder is a widely used industrial shredder with low speed, high torque and high throughput, designed to efficiently process a wide range of materials. It can be equipped with different components or work with other stages of shredders depending on the material and final size, reducing the material to the required size.
The double-shaft shredder is a relatively extensive shredding machine, suitable for the preliminary processing of many materials. Based on the nature of the material and the required output, the power required can be initially estimated. Generally speaking,it is divided into single motor and dual motors.
Single motor is suitable for fragile materials with low power requirements. Dual motors are equipped with dual reducers, and ZSY or planetary reducers can be selected according to needs.
It is characterized by fast discharging and high efficiency, which can meet general crushing needs.

Product Highlights
1.Alloy steel DC53 moving blade. Each blade can be rotated and reused four times;
2.Moving blade V-shaped arrangement. Two edge blades on th both ends of rotating shaft to prevent material side accumulation;
3. microcomputer (PLC) automatic control, set to start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control.
4.Install shock absorbers to make them shred smoothly;
5. The device has a low speed, high torque, low noise, dust features can meet environmental standards.
6.Thickness and number of claw cutter knife can be replaced according to different materials.
