Functions of wire nail polishing machine:
The Wire nails are dirty with some oils when drop from the nails making machine automatically. Also, many clouds of dust in nails making plants. So we need a wire nail polishing machine to make common wire nails more shinny and smooth.
The flow process of polishing machine / wire nail processing machine:
Put the common nails into the polishing machine drums.
Put some sawdust/ wood powder/stive in the drums also.
then seal the cover plate, keeping rolling for 90 minutes normally.
After 90 minutes, change the cover plate with holes, to make the powder washing out.
Meahwhile, add the wax with water in the polishing machine drums(WIRE NAILS POLISHING MACHINE).
Then keep polishing for 90 minutes again.
The last step is to take out of wire nails

Huarui polishing machine is made from channel steel and the thickness of the drum is 6mm. The cheaper polishing machine is made from angle iron and the the thickness of the drum is only 5mm or 5.5mm. the cheaper polishing machine is not strong enough. The using life of our machine is longer than others.
