1.Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually 100 pcs. For order that less than 100 pcs, please discuss with us.
2.Q: Can you provide CAD drawings?
A: Yes, CAD drawings are available upon customers' requirements.
3. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
4.Q: Can you provide free samples to test quality?
A: Yes, we supply free samples, but shipment cost and mold fee (if any) will be by the customer.
5.Q: How many days does it take for a customized product sample?
A: Usually 10 days to finish new tooling and 5 days to finish new sample.
6. Q: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our products in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the products in your branded boxes with your authorization letter.
7. Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
