1. Our company's single valve, double tank, one in use and one backup softened water equipment is generally used for treating water volumes less than 10T/H.
2. Double valve and double tank softened water equipment, one for use and one for backup, is generally used in situations where the processing water volume is greater than 10T/H and continuous operation is required.
3. The double valve, double tank, one for use and one for backup softened water equipment adopts two fully automatic control valves and two resins. When the resin in one resin tank fails, another resin tank will automatically start regeneration.
Working principle of softened water equipment:
The next series of fully automatic softened water equipment uses sodium ion exchange resin to replace calcium and magnesium ions in the raw water, and after flowing out of the equipment, it becomes softened water with extremely low hardness. After the resin adsorbs a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions, regeneration must be carried out. Softening water is used to soak the resin in saturated saline solution to replace the calcium and magnesium ions in the resin, restore the resin's softening and exchange ability, and discharge the waste liquid.
