Working Principle Of Bag Filter
The fluid to be filtered enters the filter housing through the inlet pipe.
As the fluid passes through the filter bags, solid particles, impurities and other substances in the fluid are intercepted by the filter bags, while the filtered fluid passes through the filter bags and flows out of the filter housing through the outlet pipe.
As the filtration process progresses, the impurities accumulate on the surface and inside of the filter bags. When the pressure difference across the filter bags reaches a certain value, it indicates that the filter bags are clogged and need to be cleaned or replaced.
