Self-Cleaning Filter for Industrial Water Treatment Automatic Brush Type Circulating Water System Filter Equipment
Working Principle
The working principle of the fully automatic self-cleaning filter is based on multi-layer filtration and automatic drainage mechanism. Water enters the filter body through the inlet and intercepts impurities and particles in the water through the filter screen. As the filtration progresses, impurities gradually accumulate on the filter screen, forming a pressure difference. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the system will automatically open the drain valve and drain mechanism to clean and remove impurities from the filter screen. Throughout the entire process, the normal operation of the filter was uninterrupted, ensuring the continuity of the water flow.
Material:stainless steel 304/316/carbon steel
The self-cleaning cycle begins in any of the following situations:
1. Receive signals from differential pressure switches
2. Set the time interval parameter on the control board
3. Manually start
