Outstanding advantages of electric tar precipitator: purification efficiency is more than 3 times higher than ordinary honeycomb type
(1) The inlet of the electric tar precipitator is equipped with a current sharing device in the form of porous plate and triangular guide plate, so that the flue gas can flow through the electric field evenly.
(2) The shell is designed to be sealed, rainproof, without dead corner or dust accumulation area, and the thickness of shell wall plate is 4mm.
(3) The lower part of the electric tar precipitator is provided with a manhole. There is an access hole at the top of the precipitator for the maintenance of the electrode suspension system. The diameter of round manhole door is larger than 600mm, and the diameter of rectangular manhole door is larger than 500mm × 600mm.
(4) The high-voltage part of the electric tar precipitator is completely enclosed and isolated to avoid high-voltage electric shock accident.
(5) The insulator is equipped with insulation box and electric heating device.
