The Z298 vibration compaction platform combines the advantages of similar advanced equipment at home and abroad, and has been optimized and designed. Based on multiple improvements and production practice assessments, a new product has been developed. This product is an ideal equipment for compacting various types of sand molds in the foundry industry. This compaction table is widely used for compacting various sand molds such as resin sand and sodium silicate sand in the casting industry.

working principleThe vibration platform is supported on a pneumatic spring. After inflation, the vibration platform is lifted, and the upper surface is higher than the upper edge of the roller to support the template and sand box. The vibration motor is fixed at the bottom of the vibration plane. After starting, it can make the vibration platform and sand box vibrate. After the vibration is completed, the air pressure spring releases air, the vibration platform descends, and the sand box comes into contact with the support roller. The motor drives the support roller to rotate and move the sand box. (1) Workbench lifting: The two position three-way reversing valve completes the reversing of the air system, and the shut-off valve completes the opening and closing of the air system. It is disconnected during operation (when the air pressure spring is inflated) to ensure stable pressure. The reversing valve can quickly exhaust when it stops working (when the workbench is lowered). (2) The piping system of each pneumatic spring is fully connected to ensure smooth operation, and regardless of whether the load is evenly distributed, the worktable plane can be kept horizontal. |
