Yantai Sunny Rubber Co., Ltd established in 2005, located in Economic Development Area of Qixia City, Shandong Province. It is high-tech enterprise which shifted from military technology (Belonging to Nuclear industry system previously). Main products are pneumatically operated spillway gate, rubber dam and rubber belt products.
The workshop is 22,000 square meters, equipment 200 sets, workers 230. It owns 11 patents for invention, 18 patents for utility. Our rubber dams, air bladder support gate have already been included in excellent project tender recommendation directory of national Ministry of Water Resources, and passed the technical evaluation of National Water Resources Experts Committee. We provide comprehensive water management services such as river channel improvement, flow optimization, water purification, ecological restoration and landscape enhancement, and are widely used in nuclear power security, power station water storage, water conservancy flood control, sediment dredging and etc. With the full capacity of design, production, installation and after sales, more than 100 spillway gates were built by Sunny in domestic. Our products also export to Italy, Thailand, Philippines, South Africa, Argentina etc.

Operation principle
1. Retaining water: inflated the air bladder, it will support the gate panel stand up, and realize retaining water.
2. Overflow: when the water level higher than the gate panel, the water flow and floater will pass on the gate panel. The air bladder will not destroy because of the gate panel protection.
3. Adjust the dam height: through adjust the inflated air pressure, to achieve the purpose of adjust the support angle of the gate panel, and finally control the water level.
4. Collapse: deflate the compressed air in the air bladder, the gate will collapse. The gate panel and air bag will next to the riverbed, the support system is more safer under the gate panel cover.

Material: stainless steel, carbon steel
Size: 5m or 6m per unit
Structure: made of steel panel above 16mm thickness, arc, reinforced ribs on the surface
Corrosion protection: thermal spray zinc and seal coating or polyurea material.
Air Bladder
Material: Air bladder is made of tyre fabrics and special rubber.
Performances: W.P. 0.07-0.20MPa, designed pressure 1.0MPa, designed safety factor 8-10 times, out layer EPDM, aging resistant over 30 years.
