The All-in-One machine integrates 3 main machines which are Assembling, Welding and Straightening Machine, normally used for H-beam and T-beam Steel production. Once the workpieces are settled into the entrance, the finished products can be automatically completed and output at one time through the whole line. The intermediate process significantly improves production efficiency by requiring fewer labor and equipment input and saving space.
Various welding forms, generally single-arc single-wire submerged arc welding or single-arc double-wire submerged arc welding; according to the customer's sheet thickness and actual requirements, CO2 gas shielded welding can also be used.
