The heat shield is assembled by a molybdenum sheet and five layers of stainless steel sheet. Each group of heating body is connected into a △ connection method, respectively, by the nine electrode base of the furnace body (three in each group) is led to the respective transformer, heating and power supply.
3. The effective working area in the furnace is equipped with three temperature measuring thermocouples and three intelligent temperature control instruments respectively
