IVEN fully automatic IV infusion set assembly production line in compliance with GMP/WHO/FDA standards to make different IV infusion sets with high production of up to 5000 sets/hour.
The assembly line includes assembling modules of the Upper Air Vent Tube, Air Filter, Plastic Puncture, Puncture Jacket, Drip Chamber, Connector, Infusion Tube, Flow Regulator and its Wheel, Drug Filter, etc. An inspection module during the whole process is available (optional), like CCD screen inspection, air inspection or press inspection as per request, to make sure a high quality output.
