Product Description
This is special machine for the production of shopping bags (block bottom bags) with twisted rope handle or flat belt handle made of paper. Whole machine is controlled by Germany SIMENS computer central control system with touch screen and SIMENS servo motor for cut-off length control.
It can produce variable sizes paper bag. Machine could pasting paper handle inline for compeletly paper bags without any manual process. The machine automatic paper fed from roll, tube forming, cut-off, bottom forming, bottom glue, bag forming and final bag output. All steps are completed in-line, this machine is an idea equipment for Twist / Flat handle square bottom paper bags.

A: First of all,warmly welcome!
We have two factories. Main factory is located in Wuxi city, Jiangsu province for machines demo and delivery,another is located in Huaian city,Jiangsu Province, mainaly for new products R&D,parts making & Machines assembly.Our Wuxi factory is very close to Shanghai city.
Q: Do you have machines in stock to sell?
A: Normally not availiable, we produce according to customers' requirements.
Q: How is the quality of your machine?
A: We are in this paper bags industry over 20 years and regard quality as the life of the
enterprise.We choose the world famous manufacturers as our suppliers.And
besides,we have our own quality inspector.Machine parts are checked one by one
according to the drawings! Good quality and good after-sales help us obtain good
reputation in the international market! We have a technical team of seven person and
at the same time cooperate with other Research Institutes.
