Iron Removal Food Grade Polishing Magnetic Grate
Magnetic grate are constructed by a row of magnetic bars which are fixed by frames in various shape,they are normally installed or just simply placed in the storage, drawer box, hopper and other places to capture and remove iron filings, iron pieces and other metal substances from the free flow product line. Grate Magnets are commenly used in chemical, ceramic, bulk flour or other powder & grains handling industries. They also suitable for removing the tiny iron impurities in liquid and semi-liquid products.
Features:
1.Hygienic Grate Magnet made of 304 or 316L stainless steel are also avaliable, which makes it corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.
2.Our standard magnetic grid is composed of a metal shelf and φ25mm tube magnets, and arranged at a distance of 25mm, then assembled by screws or welding.
The surface grate magnets can be polished, sandblasting or brushed to meet the requirements of food or pharmaceutical grade.
3.Standard working temperature of magnetic grids is ≤80 ºC, but we can make it reach upto 350 ºC, if you have special requirements.
We offer various optional types of magnetic grids: Ordinary type, Easy-clean Type, With deflector type, Square, Round or other special specifications can be customized.
