Description of control system structure
- The control system is composed of industrial computer, PLC master station and PLC slave station. This control structure mode is suitable for projects where there are many spray guns or the central control is far away from the project site; The communication cable or optical cable is used for information transmission between PLC master station and PLC slave station. The intuitive man-machine interface is formed by using group software. The operator can monitor the operation state of the whole system on the display, which has the characteristics of simple structure and stable control; At the same time, this control mode can also realize the centralized control and management of reservoir, pressurized water pump group, constant pressure water supply, spray operation, etc., and realize the automatic control of the whole system.
- It is a simple control system composed of touch screen or button and PLC. This control mode is suitable for occasions where the number of spray guns is small or the control master station is close to the project site. PLC controls the spray gun opening or closing through the control cable.
- Operating instructions of control system
- Single gun control manually: the selected gun can be operated independently on the computer or touch screen to control its opening or closing.
- Group control: the spray guns can be set in groups on the computer, and then a group of selected spray guns can be turned on or off at the same time.
- Circulation spraying control: the system can automatically start the cycle spraying mode of the spray gun according to the set time. The spray gun will start spraying from the first group of spray guns to the end of the last group of spray guns according to the set spraying sequence and spraying time.
