Q: Do you have any test for your tires?
A: Yes, we will test times for any new tires before launch to the market until the quality is stable and reach quality standard, and we inspect every piece of our tires before loading.
Q: What about your quality warranty?
A: We are responsible and will respond within 24 hours if any quality claims, and will compensate according to our official Quality Warranty.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance, pay the balance against the B/L copy, or L/C at sight.
Q: What about your delivery time?
A: Normally, we will make delivery within 10 days for no more than 2x40HC, for large quantity order or in busy season, the delivery time depends on the specific production situation, normally will be no more than 30 days.
Q: What certificates do you have?
A: CCC, DOT, ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ECE, GSO, REACH, SONCAP, INMETRO, EU Label, S-mark, etc.
