This kit (BW-MR6532-A00) is designed for automatic extraction of Viral RNA , such as influenza virusHIV and so on. Used in conjunction with an automatic nucleic acid extraction system, viral RNA from up to 96 samples like swab, serum, plasma, virus culture medium, tissue homogenate, cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, urine and so on can be quickly purified. The purified viral RNA can be used directly for downstream experiments such as PCR detection and high-throughput next generation sequencing.
