Used in conjunction with an automatic nucleic acid extraction system, viral RNA from up to 96 samples like swab, serum, plasma, virus culture medium, tissue homogenate, cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, urine and so on can be quickly purified. The purified viral RNA can be used directly for downstream experiments such as PCR detection and high-throughput next generation sequencing.

Test Principle
During the nucleic acid extraction process, the magnetic bead adsorption principle is used to adsorb, transfer, and purify nucleic acids through special magnetic beads to automatically complete the nucleic acid extraction.
