J513 type cantilever centrifugal casting machine is of horizontal structure, the machine is composed of main machine, electrical control system, water cooling system, safety shield and other parts.
Structure features
The main machine is the core part of the cantilever centrifugal casting machine, which completes the rotating action of the turntable to realize the centrifugal casting;
The spindle is driven by frequency-controlled motor through belt drive mechanism, with wide range of speed regulation, which can adapt to the production process requirements of different specifications of castings;
Pneumatic ejector device is adopted, and the ejector mechanism is driven by cylinder to eject the castings from the pipe mold after the machine stops;
Water spray cooling of the mold during pouring process with automatic control;
The electrical control system is controlled by PLC, the process parameters can be set and displayed on the touch screen, and the process speed and speed regulation time can be set and modified. The speed and working status of the machine, fault alarm information, etc. can be displayed on the touch screen;
Equipped with safety shield to ensure safe production.
