JAP70B Asphalt Paver
JAP70B versatile paver has been newly with advanced technology and years of paver manufacture experience, which is suitable for either soil stabilized cement and lime base material or asphalt concrete.Strong powered, compact and with easy operation, the machine uses advanced two rows of hydraulic extended screed and two longitudinal and one transverse automatic leveling units, JAP70B paver can pave the road with good leveling and high density. The machine vulnerable uses advanced wearable material to secure the performance.

Driving system:the machine is controlled by hydraulic circuits, and the engine is connected with gearbox and twin pumps, supplying power for the components as follows:
Traveling devices
Feeding conveyor and auger
Vibrating
Lifting screed folding hopper and operate cylinder
Traveling device:It consists of transmission case,two-shaft gearbox ,traveling clutch and chain.
Bearing mode:two crawlers bear the weight of the whole machine, and the patch area of every crawler is 3050×300mm
Steering:The traveling clutch is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, so it can rotate with the brake.
Hopper:The capacity is 12 tons and controlled by hydraulic cylinder.
Push roller: it is used to pull the back wheels of the truck.
Conveyor system:There are two conveyors on left and right. Each of the
conveyors has an independent drive of its own, the clutch is controlled by hydraulic cylinder, through chain transit to the auger.
Electrical system:24V DC supplied by two batteries is in charge of the whole circuit.
Canopy: It is consisted of steel tube and cloth.
Automatic leveling units:It has two longitudinal and one transverse equipment.

Main characteristic of JAP70C:
1. It is equipped with 86kW Powerful Deutz (China) engine.
2. The using of incorporate mechanism, electricity and hydraulic drive greatly improves the reliability of the whole machine.
3. Feed scraper and auger are divided on the left and right.
4. In order to operate conveniently, the operating platform could be moved on left or right.
5. All the control elements are mounted on the control panel severely so as to be operated conveniently.
6. Advanced materials are applied in the bottom of screed and other frail parts.
7. Easy to found malfunction with all parts of electric system have serial number.
8. Crawlers with life-time lubricated thrust wheels and track shoes wear well and are difficult to skid.
