1. Steel welded body, tempering treatment or VSR(Vibratory Stress Relief), high rigidity, accuracy and stability.
2. The crankshaft undergoes grinding treatment after high frequency quenching.
3. Vertical located crankshaft, compact structure.
4. Lengthened six-face rectangle guide with a surface of bronze plate.
5. Pneumatic dual balance cylinders, which balance the slide and punch weight to reduce noise and impact.
6. PLC control and imported safety duplex valve.
7. Wet type combined multi discs friction clutch and brake.
8. Hydraulic overload protected.

Engineers are available to serve overseas but all the expense needs being paid by your side. Video technical support and online support are provided, 24 hours technical support by calling, video and email.

A: Lead-time for a routine order would typically be 25-30 days. However, this varies with a number of factors including order size, machine model, workpiece complexity and shop load, to mention a few. Lead times are provided with all quotations. Please advise us if a rush order is required and we can usually accommodate.
