JK series gearboxes are universal industrial gears.
JK series universal industrial gear is an involute taper-cylinder gear transmission device whose input shaft, with three based models(second-stage. Third-stage and fourth-stage reduction) and 40 specifications.
Optimal design has been used for major parameters and standardized,series and modularized composed design has been applied to sub-assembly and parts so as to realize the universal inner change ability with different models and different structures for the major transmission parts.
Range of reduction ratio: From 5 to 400
Range of output moment of torque: From 4.5 to 750KN. M
Maximum input revolving speed: 1500r/min
Transmission efficiency: 2-stage reduction 97.5%
3-stage reduction 97%
4-stage reduction 96.5%
