Product Description
MVR vacuum evaporator machine is different from ordinary single-effect or multi-effect evaporator. MVR is a monomer evaporator, which integrates multi-effect evaporator. When the required concentration cannot be reached after the first pass through the effect body, the product will be pumped to the upper part of the effect body through the external pipeline of the effect body through the vacuum pump at the bottom of the effect body after leaving the effect body, and then pass through the effect body repeatedly. Effect body to achieve the required concentration. The inside of the effect body is an array of thin tubes, the inside of the tube is product, and the outside is steam. During the flow of the product from top to bottom, the product flows in a film form due to the increase in the area of the tube to increase the heating area. Negative pressure is formed in the body to reduce the boiling point of the water in the product, thereby achieving concentration, and the evaporation temperature of the product is about 60°C. The condensed water generated after the product is heated and evaporated by the effect body, part of the steam and the residual steam after the effect body is heated are separated by the separator. The condensed water flows out from the lower part of the separator to preheat the product entering the effect body, and the steam passes through the fan The supercharger is pressurized (the higher the steam pressure, the higher the temperature), and then the pressurized steam is combined through the pipeline and the steam passes through the effect body again. When the equipment is started, a part of the steam is required for preheating. After normal operation, the required steam will be greatly reduced. During the process of pressurizing the secondary steam by the fan supercharger, the electric energy is converted into the heat energy of steam, so the equipment needs to be operated. Steam is reduced, and the amount of electricity required increases substantially. The temperature of the product is always around 60°C during the entire flow of the effect body, and the temperature difference between the heating steam and the product is also maintained at about 5-8°C. The smaller the temperature difference between the product and the heating medium, the better it is to protect the product. Quality, effectively prevent tube sticking. When the concentration of the product is about 50%, only the MVR evaporator can complete it, and when the required concentration is 60%, flash equipment is required.

Equipment manufacturing, transportation, installation and commissioning
1. After the contract between the buyer and seller becomes effective (the deposit is in place), the seller completes the production of the complete set of equipment within 90 days. In the case of delayed delivery of the deposit, the extension time is included in the delivery period of the seller's complete equipment. The delivery place of the equipment is in the Chinese sea port;
2. The installation period is expected to be within 0.5 days. During the installation process, the buyer is responsible for lifting the whole equipment in the plant platform and pipeline welding connection as our instruction or installation manual ;
3. The commissioning is expected to take 0.5 days .The buyer must complete the following preparations before commissioning:
3.1 The client need prepare all kinds utilities like the enough electrical power;
3.2 Need to prepare necessary raw material as the production requirement ;
Service life of equipment
The whole equipment will last for about 10 years. The seller is responsible for the warranty period of the equipment for one year. The quality problems in the warranty period, the seller is responsible for replacement and repair. Except for the following cases:
A,Wearing parts;
B,The damage or defect caused by the modification of the equipment without the consent of the seller;
C,The buyer is not responsible for the damage or defect caused by the failure to comply with the seller's advice, or not in accordance with the seller's manual and other instructions;
D,The raw material is not in conformity with the contract stipulations or the pH value is not within the scope of the contract, causing abnormal operation of the equipment or corrosion damage of the equipment;
E,If the equipment was not accepted, the buyer would start the operation without permission, resulting in abnormal operation of the equipment or damage to the equipment;
