Product Description
Milk Cream Separator Machine is also used for the similar oil to clarify the liquid-liquid-solid three-phase materials.
When the factory get the fresh milk from the farm, there is some impurity and dust or fine animal hair in the milk, firstly it needs the disc separator to clarify and then to the stage of pasteurizer. Some factory needs the skimmed milk to produce butter or cream. After milk clarification, the process needs 3 phase milk separator to degrease, about 3% fat will be discharged from the light liquid phase, skimmed milk comes from the heavy liquid phase, while the impurity outlet from the solid discharge exist. Also, it works for whey and cheese separation.Main Features:
It can realize liquid-liquid-solid separation. it can be operated manually or automatically or remotely. This machine is widely used for many industries, such as dairy, beverage, pharmacy, chemials, petrol, metallurgy and biology, etc.
Structure and principle:
The bowl rotates at a high speed round the main axis, driven by a motor through hydraulic coupling and screw gear pair. stock liquid flows from the upper feeding pipe into the bowl's bottom and then will be separated through holes of disc seat. by the action of centrifugal force field, heavy liquid flows along the inner wall of discs to the inner wall of the bowl, after up flowing along them, it will be discharged by the heavy liquid pump, the light liquid will be done by the light liquid pump, which flows along the inner wall of discs into centre pipe and then up to high liquid outlet. the larger solid phase particles left will sedimentate on the bowl's wall and then will be discharged, controlled by the sliding bowl, out of the sediment outlet.
