Structure characteristic
This construction will be used for fans with rotor diameters greater than 1,600 mm in double suction.
The rotor is supported on two bearings, whereas these bearings are on opposite sides in relation to the rotor (double-supported).
The concrete base will feature cut-outs and/or overhangs for an improved fit of the machine and a reduction in the amount of concrete needed to build it. It will be up to the supplier to manufacture and supply a metal base destined to secure the bearing as well as to be used as the motor rail.
The supplier will carry out the pre-assembly in its factory, correcting any possible manufacturing faults as required, in such a way as to avoid delays during final assembly
