Product Characteristics
1.The column, base and sliding base are made of high grade gray cast iron, and the X/Z axis is
made of Taiwan high rigid linear guide rail, which ensures the high precision and high rigidity
of the machine tool for long-term use.
2.The machine tool spindle adopts a complete set of unit spindle, equipped with a special
servo spindle motor, suitable for strong cutting; It is also suitable for semi-finishing and finishing
of parts.
3.The X/Z axis feed is automatically controlled by servo
motor; Both directions are equipped with protective devices, and the Z-axis direction is equipped
with a counterweight structure, which is reliable in structure and low in failure rate, greatly extending the service life of the lead screw.
4.The X/Z axis adopts Taiwan precision ball screw, and the support bearings at both ends adopt imported or domestic precision ball screw special bearings, which greatly improves and ensures the machining accuracy of the machine tool for parts.
5.The machine tool adopts electric lubricating oil pump to conduct centralized lubrication for the machine tool, ensure the lubrication of each guide rail pair and ball screw pair, and extend the service life of each motion pair; The tool holder of the machine tool adopts high-precision eight-position hydraulic turret and hydraulic chuck, with stable working accuracy.
