FHQG-A model Jumbo Roll Adhesive Paper Slitter High speed slitting machine rewinding machine.
Application:
This high speed slitter rewinder machine is used for the slitting and rewinding the roll materials, such as adhesive tape, paper, laminated film 12-180um,PE,PVC 40um-150um.
Features:
1.Imported PLC for centralized control , all functions and operated under touch screen , could set working parameters and display status at screen
2.Main motor drive by the servo motor danma , and controlled by the inverter Yaskawa , have smooth and fast speed.
3.Rewinding adopts differential air shaft by the servo motor danma , automatic tension control .
4.Unwinder by the pneumatic brake , auto tension controlled by PLC.
5.Unwinder adopts shaft-less loading and unloading , lifting by hydraulic , it is easy for loading , unloading and with high efficiency , has web guide system(EPC) .
6. It adopts round blade for slitting , regularity disc surface , the scrap edge discharged by blower .
7.The system has meter counting , calculate roller diameter , automatic stop by setting length
8.The system has a perfect integration design with machine , electricity and pneumatic , and takes complete safety protective measure .
