The JY-1600 fully hydraulic core drilling rig is widely used in geological exploration, as well as for drilling in engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, and other fields. It can also be used for drilling surveys in railway, highway, bridge, water conservancy and hydropower, and tunnel engineering.
The drilling rig can be equipped with customized modules such as hydraulic high support legs, hydraulic chuck, and hydraulic main winch.
Features:
1.The power head adopts a mechanical two-stage stepless speed control system, which doubles the low-speed torque and ensures smooth and reliable drilling. The power head is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for easy lifting and releasing of drilling tools. Equipped with a slanted axis plunger motor drive, it has a compact structure, small volume, high power, impact resistance, long service life, and high torque, greatly improving drilling efficiency. The mast is foldable and has a sliding touchdown function.
2.The Power section Adopting Weichai turbocharged engine, axial piston pump+three.The gear pump is fully hydraulic driven, and the hydraulic system adopts load sensitivity.Sensory control, high pressure, strong power output.
