KB-1 energy-saving high-temperature shift catalyst is a kind of new high-temperature shift catalyst used for low vapor-gas ratio. The catalyst can be used for CO shift hydrogen production process in the synthesis ammonia, synthesis methanol and petrochemical industry. It is especially applicable for large, medium and small-sized energy-saving processes with natural gas as the feed gas, and it is characterized by low sulfur content, low-temperature activity, small bulk density, high strength and strong carbonization resistance capacity. It has strong ability to inhibit F-T side reaction under low vapor-gas ratio condition, and is the most suitable for the energy-saving process under low water-carbon ratio condition.
