LB-1 carbon monoxide low-temperature shift catalyst can be widely used in the medium and low-temperature shift process in the synthesis ammonia plant and hydrogen production plant with natural gas, oil field gas, light oil and coal as raw materials, and it is especially suitable for low vapor/gas ratio and low-temperature condition of the energy-saving synthesis ammonia plant. The catalyst is Cu-Zn-Al series with Cu as active component, and it is characterized by good low-temperature activity, high mechanical strength, good heat stability, low volume shrinkage and easy temperature rise and reduction.
